He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ray Boone and Lucille Hollon Boone. He is survived by: his daughters, Meredith Gay (Chad) and Jessica Gamble (Matthew); his sister Cheryl Kiefer (Chuck); his grandchildren, Blakely (Benjamin), Bryar, Braylen, Hollon, Ava Scott and Brooks; his niece Kelly Durden (David); and his nephew Joey Walker (Erin).

In lieu of flowers, donations came be made to American Heart Association or Montgomery Council on Aging.
