She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Head and Alvis Head; and her husband Jerry Shoemaker. She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Karen), Carey (Patti) and Paul; her grandchildren, Kristen Heath (Colby), Kathleen Morrow (Brennan), Tyler, Payton (Tori), Kendall (Erica), Dalton, Kyle, Cody and Brianna; her great grandchildren, Ty, Xavier, Miles, Sarah Mae, Calhoun, Henry, Elli Jo and Truett; and her sister Carolyn Bigelow (Dick).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's of Central Alabama.
