He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Stacey Barlow; and his wife Sandra Faye Whatley Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Paul "P. J." Barlow, Jr. (Michelle) of Excel, Tracey C. Barlow of Frisco City and Ronald Barlow (Latonya) of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Aubrey Barlow of Frisco City, Larry Barlow of Winston Salem, NC, Wayne Barlow of Gulf Breeze, FL, Dale Barlow of Columbus, GA, Warren Barlow of Johnson City, TN, Patricia Ann Green of Youngstown, VA and Jean Wiggins of Excel; and his grandchildren, BreAnna Barlow, Brooklyn Barlow, Emily Barlow, Ella Beth Barlow, Brian Barlow, Chad Barlow, Brad Barlow, Larry Barlow and Bethany Barlow.
