He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dantzler Mallette; his children, Elizabeth Mallette Christie (Jason) and Timothy Mallette; his grandsons, Michael, David and Matthew Christie; his sisters, Jeanne Mallette Tapley and Becky Mallette Smith (Greg); his nephews, Ben, Luke and Matthew Smith; and his caregivers, Robert Sanderson, Teresa Wingard, Sherri Phelps, Pricilla Graham, Kristi Henderson, Kathy Rayford and Paul.
