She is survived by: her husband Douglas Rayburn Smith; her children, Starlet Jan Williams (Jerome) and Bradley Smith; her siblings, Wanda Wilson (Gene), Eileen Wood and Jimmy Dale Harless (Ginger); and her grandchildren, Holly Leonard, Conner Weldon, James Elliott III and Abigail Elliott.
