He is survived by: his wife Kay Watkins; his sons, Jerry Watkins and Shane Watkins; his sister Lane Motes (Elmer); and his children, Chelsea Prescott, Garrett Watkins, Liam Watkins, Braylan Griffith and Addy Prescott.
