He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Thompson Rhodes and James Chester Rhodes; and his brother James Michael Rhodes. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Rhodes of Winfield, AL and Josh Rhodes; and his sisters, Debbie Reed, Barbra Salas and Pam Hickman.
