He is survived by: his great grandchild Oakley Joe; his wife Elizabeth Ann Carroll (Ward); his sons, Kenny Carroll (Patsy) and Jeff Carroll (Daneen); and his sister Darcy McCool. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great grandchild.
