She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Ava Dobson Hydrick; her husband Max Newman of Fayette; and her daughter Anne Rector. She is survived by: her children, David, Lee Newman, Leah Kendrick (Shawn Kendrick) and Jeff Newman of Millport; her granddaughters, Crystal Newman (Phillip McNees) and Lisa Newman Wright (Lane Wright); her child Marty Rector of Millport; her granddaughters, Laura Bobbitt (Lance Bobbitt) and Megan Estes (Kaleb Estes); her daughter Michelle Lange of Reform; and her grandchildren, Katie Beth Smith and Collin Smith.
A private graveside service will be held for the family due to the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Propst Memorial United Methodist Church.
