He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parker and Vida Parker; his grandson Cameron Parker; and his siblings, Jackie Richards, Judy Humphrey, Bill Parker and Roy Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Stacey Watson (David), Pamela Miller (Shane), Timothy Parker, Danielle Melvin (Elliott) and Joshua Parker; his grandchildren, Kyle Watson (Megan), Brad Watson, Eric Watson, Beverly Miller, TJ Miller, Ethan Parker, Ashelynn Norris (Tony), Emma Melvin, Jude Melvin, Jesse Melvin, Eli Seton, Zoey Turner, Jayden Valverde and Jaxon Valverde; his great grandchildren, Nolan Norris and Avery Miller; and his siblings, Adonia "Dene" Perry, James Parker and David Parker. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
