She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Rich and Katherine Rich of Dothan; her sons, Mark Edward Cooley and Thomas Michael Cooley; and her sister Verna Kovatch of Wenona, Illinois..
She is survived by: her daughter Tracie Anne Helms (Matt); her granddaughter Michele Cooley Nabb; and her siblings, Herschel Rich (Mary Ann) and Margaret Rogers (George). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Meals on Wheels at First United Methodist Church, 1380 W. Main St., Dothan, AL 36301.
