He was predeceased by: his parents, James Price and Margaret Hudson Price. He is survived by: his children, April Bailey (Chris) of Marbury and Eric Price (Kellie) of Marbury; and his brothers, Frankie Price of Marbury and Robbie VanCleaf of Birmingham. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
