It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Lloyd Lucas Jr. of Marbury, Alabama, born in Rossville, Georgia, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Lloyd Lucas, Sr.; his siblings, James T. Sanders and Brenda Lowery; his grandmother Ruth Tomlin; and his aunt Mary Winters.
He is survived by: his mother Jewel Skidmore Lucas of Marbury; his daughters, April Easterling Connell of Clanton, Elizabeth Morrison (Terry) of Marbury and Catie Savannah Lee Lucas of Monticello, NY; and his sisters, Kay Sanders of Clanton, Jan Lecroy of Montevallo and Marjorie Sanders of Chardon, OH. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
