He is survived by: his wife Linda Knight Hayes of Marbury; his children, Carey Hayes of Coopers, Michele Hayes Mims (Keith) of Selma and Christi Hayes Patterson (Kevin) of Marbury; his grandchildren, Alex Mims of Las Vegas, NV, Cierra Hayes of Marbury, Selena Patterson of Marbury and Brian Patterson of Marbury; and his brothers, William Earl Hayes of Marbury, Frank Hayes of Marbury and Donald Hayes of Prattville.
