He was predeceased by: his mother Geneva Buckner Ingram; his stepfather Judge Joe M. Ingram; and his father William Peyton Lusk of Columbia. He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Harris Lusk; his son William Taylor Lusk; his daughter-in-law Erin Paige Lusk; his daughter Laura Frances Lusk of Madison; his brother James B. Lusk of Chattanooga Tn; and also Elizabeth Miller of Nashville Tn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clearview Cancer Center, 3601 CCI Dr NW, Huntsville, AL 35805.
