He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Hartselle and Janette Hartselle. He is survived by: his wife Karen E. Hartselle; his son Louis Evan Hartselle; his sister Tracy Preston (Jon); his mother-in-law Mildred Culpepper; his sisters-in-law, Katherine Culpepper (John Mortenson) and Carol Culpepper Neff (John); his niece Wallis Ann Neff; and his nephew James Robert Neff. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and many friends.
