He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Suzanne; and his sister La Donna. He is survived by: his spouse Christiana Heck; his children, Lucas of Madison and Leona; his wife Chris; his siblings, Linda, Steven, Mark, Paul and Nancee; and also, Blue and Germany.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to one's favorite charity.
