She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy H. O'Barr and Mary Helen Purcell O'Barr. She is survived by: her husband Arvie Ray Cothren; her sons, Jonathan Cothren and Jacob Cothren; her daughter-in-law Brandy Cothren; her granddaughters, Marisa Cothren, Anna Cothren, Emma Cothren and Rebekah Cothren; her brothers, Wayne O'Barr and Greg O'Barr; and her nephews, Ryan O'Barr and Patrick O'Barr.
