He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Groce (Clint Groce); his brother Bill Skinner; and his parents, Bert Skinner and Flora Belle Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Elizabeth Howard (Gary) and Rebecca Allen (Jeff); his grandchildren, Andrew Howard, Emma Groce, Jud Allen, Leigh Allen, Nolan Groce and Jane Parker Groce; and his siblings, Particia Byrne (Ronnie), Judson (Mary Sue) and David (Carla).
