She is survived by: her husband Ottavio; her daughters, Lisa Fassina Blake, Lori Fassina Vadasy (Mike) and Monica Fassina Wagner (Jim); her grandchildren, Lauren, Jacob, Emily, Haley, Caleb and Lanie; and her siblings, Sue Gaines and Larry Ivy (Vicki).
