He is survived by: his wife Debbie Percival; his brother Tom Percival (Sim); his stepchildren, Melissa Davis (Terry), Beth Denyer, Robert Gonzalez and Bradley Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Alexus, Haley, Reagan, Kayla, Aubrey, Natalee, Skylar, Jonny, Zach, Ben, Jessie, John, Blake and Kaiden; and his great grandchild Laurel Elizabeth.
