She was predeceased by: her husband Lyman Abbott Magee; her parents, Wallace Cooper Upton and Lessie Gertrude Arnold Upton; and her grandson William R. Magee. She is survived by: her children, Esther Margaret Magee of Oxford and David Magee (Kent) of Oxford; her grandchildren, Hudson Magee (Logan) of Bozeman, MT and Mary Halley Magee Carlson (Luke) of Pike Road, AL; and her great grandchild William Wilder Magee of Bozeman. She is also survived by mother and grandmother who also enjoyed friends.
