He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Ware Jackson; his son Clyde Bernard Jackson; and his granddaughter Valerie Bramlet Bird. He is survived by: his sister Ann Christian of Madison Heights; his children, Carolyn Landrum of Columbus, Phyllis Calvert of Madison Heights and Jessie Chapin of Lithonia; and his grandchildren, Charles Bramlet (Patricia), Morgan Bramlet (Eileen), Lisa Bramlet, Tracy Bramlet, Alexis Clark (Kevin), Derrick Robinson and Christina Williams (Alvin). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
