She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph M. Beaty and Ada Yarborough Beaty; and her sisters, Peggy Joyce Stallings, Nancy Jo Beaty Manns and Terri Lynn Beaty.

She is survived by: her children, Toni Dieckmann (Robert), Donald Parnell (Dawn) and Martin Maitlan (Laura Martin); her grandchildren, Adelaide, Tiffany, Adam, Stephen, Daniel, Jordan and Katie; her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Daisy, Alyvia, Madi, Jade, Bryson, Jeffrey, Denise, Isabella, Tyberius, Aurelia and Asher; and her brother John "Buddy" Lawrence Beaty.
