She was predeceased by: her husband David Kline Shirley; her sons, Ronald Shirley and Jack Shirley; her granddaughter Lisa Shirley; her parents, Willie Harper and Molly West Tate; and her siblings, Mark Tate, Travis Tate, Ed Tate, Earl Tate, Lucille Witherington and Hazel Folmar.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Shirley and Wayne Shirley (Cynthia); her daughters-in-law, Danna Shirley and Mary Shirley; and her grandchildren, Kristen Shirley Grigson, Russell Shirley, Aaron Shirley, David Shirley, Sonya Anderson, Katie Shirley Sovine, Ryan Shirley, Callie Shirley, Marc Shirley, Brad Robinson and Cristi Otero. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
