He was predeceased by: his parents, Seab Parham and Ruby Mae Walker Parham. He is survived by: his children, Joann Parham (Billy) and Joe Wayne Parham (Barbara); his wife Nellie Parham; his grandchildren, Kendrick S. Pugh, Devin B. Pugh, Trent Parham, Nicole Parham, Robert Allen and Brittany Allen; and his siblings, Johnnie B. Parham, Henry J. Parham and Annie L. Thompson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
