He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Tabytha Armstrong. He is survived by: his children, Rocky Williams (Marsha), Ricky Williams (Diane), Rene Holland (Allen), Randy Williams and Ramona Williams (James); his grandchildren, Christy Reeves (Bobby), Randall Williams, Tina Rose (Joseph), Jaiyde Moneyham and Laucee Moneyham; and his siblings, Jimmy Barrineau, Eddie Barrineau, Evelyn Robertson, India Jackson and Marie Vanbrunt. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchildren.
