He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy P. Williams of Lillian, AL; his daughter Misti Hall of Pensacola, FL; his brothers, Emory Otto Williams, Jr. (Virginia) of Tallahassee, FL and Ronald E. Williams (Deborah); his grandchildren, Lake, Cameron and Patrick; his great grandchild Dawson; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Phipps (Jean). He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
