He was predeceased by: his sisters, Mary Ollie Wilkinson, Sybil Stanford, Bertha Jennett and Ernestine; his grandmother Hays; his brothers, Brack Winnett and Olan Winnett; his parents, John Winnett and Jane Winnett (Christine Winnett); and his granddaughter Amanda Winnett.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Franklin and William Winnett; and his grandson Timothy Winnett (Brittney). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
