He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Coker and Tamsie Coker; his brothers, J. T. (Doris), Neal and Jimmy (Sharon); and his brother-in-law Henry Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell; his son Greg (Jean); his grandchildren, Amanda Morgan (Chris) and Michael Coker; his sister Minerva Allen; and his uncle Columbus Coker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
