He is survived by: his wife Sheila Taylor Surratt; his sons, James A. Surratt, Lloyd R. Surratt and Michael B. Surratt; his sisters, Nola Acord, Joan Stover, Carol Surratt, Janet Birchfield and Sharon Meadows; his parents, Noel Surratt and Grace Daniel Surratt; and his siblings, Joseph Surratt, Robert Surratt, Lulabelle Surratt and Gina Murphy. He is also survived by Grandchildren Mother-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Lloyd's memory to Elgin Baptist Church.
