He was predeceased by: his parents, Hautie Collier and Mildred Collier; and his sister Vonda Etheridge. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his sons, Chris (Melissa) and Keith (Allison); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jared, Hunter and Sheridan; his stepgrandsons, Brayden, Brodie and Brennen Montgomery; and his siblings, David (Debbie), Mike, Mark (Tabby), Cathy McDonald (Ronnie) and Rhonda Holden (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
