She was predeceased by: her parents, George Homer Dodson, Jr. and Jessie Mae Murphy Dodson; her siblings, George Darrell Dodson and Frankie Lynn Dodson; her nephews, Chris "Chubbs" Bern and Shane Barrett; and her sister-in-law Judy Sparkman.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Dodson and Joshua Cawthron; her grandchildren, Cody Quillen (Lilly), Jessie Lane, Shaylee Hope Lane, Angel May Lane, Shane Seibers, Bubba Dyer and Samarah Dyer; her niece Kristen Cagle (Amos); and also Alexis Presley (Warren Watson). She is also survived by great grandchildren, cousins.
