He is survived by: his wife Carol O'Neal Perry; his children, Steve Perry of Sand Rock, Sheri Henshaw (Joe) of Rydell, GA. and Robin Perry of Sand Rock; his siblings, Max Tatum (Janet) of Cartersville, GA. and Madelyn Arnold of Cartersville, GA; his grandchild Tate Henshaw (Stephanie) of Matt Henshaw; his great grandchild Evie Henshaw of Ava Henshaw; and his sisters-in-law, Mechelle O'Neal (Dan) of Meadows and Debbie Woolsey (Mike) of Boca Raton, FL.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
