He is survived by: his wife Denise Fulghum; his children, Crystal Fulghum Crawford (Brian), Steven Fulghum, Eric Fulghum, Clint Fulghum and Whitney Fulghum; his grandchildren, Lakelyn Crawford, Layten Crawford, Adrienne Fulghum, Mikayla Fulghum, Joshua Fulghum, Charlie Fulghum, Anthony Fulghum, Kainen Tumlin and Aria Tumlin; his parents, John Lee and Pat Fulghum; his father-in-law Calvin Turner; his siblings, Kim Yarbrough (Ronnie), Kelly Hamby (Ruben) and Tim Fulghum (Hector); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Godfrey (Jim), Brian Turner and David Turner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
