He was predeceased by: his father J. W. Waldrep. He is survived by: his wife Mona K. Waldrep; his daughter Wendy Goodwin (Phil); his grandchildren, Carter and Charlie Goodwin; his siblings, Kathlyne Ward (Richard) and Jerry Waldrep (Jeanette); and his sister-in-law Tona Hines (Roy). He is also survived by aunt; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
