He is survived by: his wife Mary Kelly Bullard; his children, Rodney Bullard of LaGrange, GA, Jerimy Bullard of LaGrange, GA, Tamara Story and Kelly Story Frailey (Shane) of LaGrange, GA.; his grandchildren, Allison Nelms, Wesley Bullard, Caleb Bullard, Shayna Bullard, Jadon Bullard, Alyssa Grimes (Dominique), Courtney Bradley (Justin), Tyler Bullard, Jared Hinkle, Luke Frailey (Amber), Wyatt Frailey (Hannah) and Cody Frailey; his great grandchildren, Brielle Hughes, Aspen Bradley, Emma Bradley and Bailee McClellan; and his siblings, Donald Bullard (Ann) and Verlinda Herrington (Bill).
The family suggests that any memorial donations be made in Carl's memory to the benefit of the First Christian Church, 1 First Street, Lanett, Alabama 36863.
