She was predeceased by: her parents, James Maddox and Mary Maddox; her daughter Janet Seaton; and her brothers, Hugh Maddox and Mike Maddox.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Murphy (Travis); her grandchildren, James Murphy (Leah), Nicole Stobaugh (Nathan), Amber Murphy, Amanda Templeton, Joshua Murphy and Markie Seaton; her sister-in-law Willene Maddox; and her close friend Mary Lou Dabbs. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
