He is survived by: his son Jade Perry (Ellen); his granddaughters, Shelby Perry and Anna Belle Perry; his great-niece Kelsey Perry; his siblings, Robert Perry, Janet Perry Emfinger, Brenda Perry and Joanna Perry; his nephews, Michael Perry (Tara) and Thomas Anthony Lee; his niece Donna Lee; his great-niece Kaley Perry Tharp; his nephews, MaKenna, Kaiden, Bristol and Skylin; and his pets, Otis and Thor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
