She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee Mills and Gladys Mae Proctor Mills; her husband Gene Autry Willingham; her son Christopher Willingham; and her brothers, Jimmy Mills, Kenneth Mills and Jerry Mills.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra M. Lewis and Mickey Mills; and her uncle Bobby Procter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
