She was predeceased by: her parents, James Grady and Lena Breedlove Sides; her sons, J. R. Sims Jr. and James A Hall, Jr.; her husband Ralph Sims; her siblings, Douglas Sides (Lala), David Sides (Mary), Bobby Sides (Mary) and Frances Mason (Harold); and her nephew Tanner Longshore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Longshore (Ab) of Hazel Green, Ala., Cathy Humphrey (Billy), Valley and Elaine Rhodes (Guy); and her grandchildren, Abby Winborn (Brannon) of Huntsville, Matthew Humphrey of Huntsville, Valley of Huntsville, Merry Cuervo (Buddy) of Huntsville, Fortson of Huntsville, Lily of Huntsville and Anslie Winborn of Huntsville. She is also survived by Mama made many wonderful friends.
