She was predeceased by: her parents, Jones Dale and Josephine Dale; and her siblings, Diane Shoemaker and Donald Hue Dale. She is survived by: her husband Randy Lashley; her children, Dana Spears (Lamar Craven), Jamie Lashley (Leigh), Casey "Beans" Lashley (Katharine) and Mark Spears; her grandchildren, Zach Spears, Ben Spears, Craven, Jayleigh Bowen, Jaycee Vinson and Erin Lashley; her great grandchild Emerie Bowen; and her brother Thomas Dale (Faith). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the "American Diabetes Association".
