He is survived by: his wife April Dawn Hadaway; his children, Samantha Mothershed, Whitney Hadaway (Spencer), Megan Sluder (Austin) and Justin Segrest (Kirstia); his grandchildren, Lexi, Heidi, Avah, Tyler, Calvin, Collins, Owen and Elizabeth; and his brothers, Randy Hadaway (Denise) and Robert Hadaway (CarolAnn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
