She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Treadaway, Betty Treadaway and Barbara Bagby. She is survived by: her parents, Allen Treadaway and Susan Bagby Treadaway; her grandfather Jack Bagby; her siblings, Erin Mullinax (Chase), Tyler Treadaway (Jessie), Ally Treadaway and Cody Treadaway; her nieces, Jolie Mullinax of Charlie Treadaway and Sadie Mullinax of Charlie Treadaway; and her nephew Jaxon Treadaway. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kelsey Treadaway Scholarship Fund at Mortimer Jordan High School.
