He is survived by: his wife Karen Alexander; his children, Abi Bongiovanni (Jon), Kristen McCay (Andy) and Micah Lawson; his grandchildren, Evan, Harper, River and Alexa; and his sisters, Karen Butler and Jennifer Puckett.
