He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Miley; his sons, Mark Miley and Royce Miley; his granddaughter Virginia Miley; his parents, Robert Miley and Sara Matalene Miley; and his siblings, Ed, James Miley, Evelyn Boutwell and Majorie Williamson.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Miley (Jennifer) of Brundidge, AL and Dana Peckinpaugh (Scott) of Greenwood, IN; and his siblings, Margaret Flowers of Troy, AL and Ruben Miley of Milton, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
