He is survived by: his wife Nora Teresa Spear; his sons, Jerald Michael Spear (Amy) of Jack, Jason Lamar Spear (Fiancee-Pam) of Jack and Adam Christopher Spear (Myranda) of Tupelo, MS; his grandchildren, Harleigh, Teaghan, Dariene, Aaralyn, Gabby, Angel and Paul; his great grandchildren, Kellan and Sora; and his sister Anita Grant (Randy).
