He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman L. Benefield and Daisy McPherson Benefield; his siblings, Ferman L. Benefield Jr., Thomas M. Benefield and Kathryn Cornutt; and his great grandchild Bailey Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Faye Davis Benefield; his children, Dannie Benefield (Faye), Cynthia Hughes, Donna Webster (Steve) and Darryl Benefield; his grandchildren, Steven Webster, Crissy Hamilton, Rachel Wright and Drew Hughes; his great grandchildren, Danielle Hamilton, Colt Hamilton, Skyler Wright, Braiden Wright, Rosylyn Wright and Henry Hughes; his great great grandchildren, Ellie Hamilton and Macy Hamilton; his sisters, Linda Benefield and Jenny Lewis; and his nephews, Randy Smith and Jack Hall.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (231 N Military Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
