It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Matthew Wilkinson of Hoover, Alabama, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Kerney Kornell Wilkinson and Poppie'William Edmond Merritt Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, David Wilkinson and Trumi Wilkinson; his sister Megan Wilkinson; his grandmothers, Charline Merritt and Laurain Wilkinson; and his aunt Katie Wilkinson.

Donations may be made in Matthew's memory to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Greater Birmingham Humane Society, or Autism Society of Alabama.
