He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mayhall; his children, Tiffany Mayhall (Chad Griffin), Lori Shaw (Chad) and Justin "Huggie" Gunnin (Daphne Stewart); his grandchildren, Bryanna Shaw, Collin Gunnin, Trent Mayhall, Brason Shaw, Taylor Griffin, Penelopy Shaw, Colton Mayhall, Paxton Shaw and Parker Shaw; his brothers, Daniel "Dugan" Mayhall, Walter Scott Mayhall (Donna), Johnny Mayhall (Kristy) and Charles Patrick "Buckethead" Mayhall (Sharon); and his pets, Maggie, Chloe, Sam, Harley, Toto, Bruce and Batman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
